The Capital College app ("the App") respects users' privacy. This document explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how it is protected.

1. Information We Collect

When you register and use the App, we may collect: email address and name (on sign-in, including Google sign-in), technical and statistical usage data, and information about your virtual portfolio. All trading in the App is virtual only — we do not collect payment details and do not process any real financial transactions.

2. How We Use Information

Information is used to provide the service, save your progress, improve the App, and provide support. We do not sell personal information to third parties.

3. Third-Party Services

The App uses Google services (including Firebase and Google Sign-In) for authentication, storage, and operation. These services are subject to Google's privacy policy.

4. Security and Retention

We take reasonable measures to secure the information. Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and retained while your account is active or as needed to provide the service and as required by law.

5. Account and Data Deletion

You can delete your account and all associated personal data directly within the app: go to the Profile screen and tap "Delete account". After confirmation, your account and all data are permanently deleted immediately.

Deletion removes: registration details (name, email, phone, age), virtual portfolio data, activity history, game progress, and statistical data. We may retain certain information for a limited period where required by law.
